Laerdal Medical in Vienna seeks a Customer support IT to assist the team in supporting premature and newborn simulators. This is a full-time role (38.5 hours/week) with a 6-month contract and potential extension, located at Lehárgasse 1/5, 1060 Vienna.

Responsibilities include 1st/2nd level support via email/phone, remote access, ticketing, and system maintenance, plus occasional international visits. Customer-oriented, independent, and analytical work are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Education in IT field (HTL or comparable training).
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure.
• Excellent written and spoken German.
• Very good written and spoken English; other languages an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Communication with international customers and problem solving via remote access to systems worldwide.
• 1st and 2nd level support via email and telephone
• Ticket processing and tracking
• Commissioning and maintenance of customer systems at the Vienna location, and occasional on-site visits (international)
• Documenting problem cases and contributing to software improvements.
