D-ploy is seeking an IT service desk professional in Tirol to provide first and second line support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage end-user requests. ServiceNow will be used to document incidents and requests within a dynamic, international team.

Fluency in German and English is required; a minimum of 5 years in a similar role and knowledge of regulated IT environments are a plus. The position offers flexible working conditions and career development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Experience in regulated IT environments (e.g. GxP) is a plus.
• Must provide a recent criminal record not older than 3 months.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, mobile devices, and other tech tools.
• First and second level technical support – calls/tickets/end-user interaction.
• Document end-user interactions in ServiceNow.
• Create, maintain, and utilize knowledge articles.
• Provide IT onboarding trainings to new starters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
