Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH, Klaus, Austria, seeks an organized inside sales support professional to review tenders, prepare quotations, manage orders and invoicing, and assist customers and partners. You’ll maintain customer data, support the sales team, and help implement process improvements in an international environment.

The role requires education at Matura level or higher, experience in sales support, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Completed education, Matura or equivalent qualification, or higher.
• Experience in inside sales support or a similar field.
• Proficiency in business applications, particularly MS Office and ERP or CRM systems.
• Experience with tenders and framework agreements is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep track of priorities.
• Technical interest and eagerness to learn about our products and business area.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Review and prequalify tenders and support the team in processing and coordination of tenders.
• Prepare accurate quotations and support order handling, invoicing and invoice collection.
• Assist the team with customer and partner requests, order and project handling, and other relevant tasks.
• Maintain the customer database, retrieve data and provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Work closely with the team to implement new initiatives and improve processes.
