Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a Coordinator for International Repairs & Services to manage calibration and repair orders with our global service network. You will ensure timely turnaround, monitor KPIs, and act as the central contact for service processes.

You will bridge sales, technical support, and testing, coordinate shipments, and work in a dynamic, international environment with English as a common language.

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical education or relevant experience.
• Strong communication and ownership of tasks.
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calibration and repair orders with internal sales and international service centers.
• Monitor turnaround times and KPIs to ensure efficient service processes.
• Serve as the central contact for questions about international service processes.

Your role

You coordinate calibration and repair orders together with our internal sales team and international service centers

Keeping an eye on turnaround times and other key performance indicators (KPIs), you help ensure efficient and reliable service processes

When it comes to questions about our international service processes, you are the central point of contact

As the internal link between sales, technical support, and the testing department, you help ensure smooth collaboration across teams

Organizing and coordinating shipments is also part of your role

You have completed a commercial or technical education or bring relevant professional experience

Communication comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your tasks

With your strong service mindset and organizational skills, you stay on top of multiple topics while working in a structured way

You communicate confidently in both English and German, written and spoken

Experience with ERP systems and a good technical understanding are an advantage
