Qualifications

• German and English language skills required.
• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• CRM/ERP exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable point of contact for Austrian customers by phone and email.
• Prepare accurate price calculations and tailored quotations.
• Manage customer projects from enquiry to order processing.
• Coordinate orders for manufactured and traded goods.
• Organise deliveries and liaise with logistics partners to ensure on-time arrival.
• Handle online tenders and prepare documentation.
• Maintain CRM data for customers, quotations and projects.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation including technical data sheets.
• Provide backup for customers in Germany when required.
