Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH in Austria is seeking an attentive inside sales support professional to review and prequalify tenders, prepare quotations, and assist with order handling, invoicing and data management. You will support customers and partners, maintain the CRM database and help the team coordinate tenders and projects.

Qualifications

• Completed education, Matura or equivalent qualification, or higher.
• Experience in inside sales support, technical procurement or a similar field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or CRM systems.
• Experience with tenders and framework agreements is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent communication in German and English.

Responsibilities
