Job summary

Fever is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of major events, coordinating with organizers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution. Qualifications

• 4+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English, German and Polish.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused with ability to plan and execute.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end life cycle of large events from contract signing to close.
• Be the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to deliver tasks on time and in the right format.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ; work with product/engineering to implement them.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support.
• Ensure all requirements and documentation for projects are complete.
• Occasionally presence on site during launches or key dates.
