Job summary

Fever, the world-leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks a Project Manager to drive end-to-end events from contract signing to final close. You will coordinate with organizers and internal teams, ensure timely delivery across departments, and maintain essential documentation.

You will translate briefs into actionable plans, collaborate with product/engineering on requirements, and may be required on-site for launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English and Polish, other languages are a plus!
• Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused with plan-creation for resolutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Curious and willing to push boundaries and try new concepts.
• Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
• Think strategically when faced with partnership briefs or data on what events work.
• Able to handle large and parallel work-streams.
• Collaborative and hands-on with event tasks.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
• Strong academic background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end life cycle management of big events from signed contracts to final closing.
• Main point of contact between stakeholders from event organizers to internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering to prioritize requirements.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user incidences managed by the support team.
• Ensure all requirements have complete documentation for project goals.
• Presence on site may be required during launches or key dates.
