Job summary

Fever is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own the full life cycle of large events, from contract handover to final close. You will coordinate with event organizers, internal teams and product to deliver on time and to spec.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management, fluent English and German, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments. On-site presence may be required for key events.

Qualifications

• You are degree qualified with a project management background.
• Fluent English and German; additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical, relationship, and organizational skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple departments to deliver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of large events from contract to close.
• Be the main contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to meet deadlines.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ; prioritize with product.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support.
• Ensure documentation covers all project goals and milestones.
• Occasionally be on-site for launches or key dates.
