Zusammenfassung

Waterdrop is seeking a Team Lead E-Commerce (f/m/d) to drive online operations, sales and EBITDA across markets from its Vienna HQ. You will own revenue metrics, optimize conversion and AOV, and ensure strong local execution aligned with global priorities.

You will lead and develop a team, analyze market data, and implement cross-market best practices. English fluency is required; German a plus in this international environment.

Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

• As Team Lead E-Commerce (f/m/d), you drive e-commerce operations, sales and EBITDA performance across our markets, combining commercial ownership with hands‑on execution.

• You own sales and website performance, with a focus on revenue, conversion rate and average order value.

• You lead and develop the team, ensuring global priorities translate into strong local execution.

• You analyze performance data across markets and turn trends, risks and opportunities into clear action plans.

• You own the quality of our website experience, resolving issues across content, campaigns, customer journeys and functionality.

• You establish cross‑market best practices and a strong operating rhythm around performance tracking and continuous improvement.

• You align stakeholders on projects and commercial priorities.
  

Your strengths and qualifications:

• You live and breathe e‑commerce and enjoy being hands‑on.

• You have a strong track record of driving online sales, ideally across multiple markets.

• You bring proven people leadership experience.

• You have hands‑on experience with Shopify and web analytics tools.

• You are commercially minded and comfortable owning KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate and AOV.

• You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• You bring a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and a solution‑oriented mindset.

• You are fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus.

The annual gross salary for this position ranges from EUR 60.000 to EUR 70.000 on a full-time basis (All-in). The final salary will depend on your qualifications and professional experience. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
