Waterdrop® in Vienna, Austria, seeks a Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive Instagram and TikTok strategy, plan content calendars, and craft engaging visuals and captions in line with our brand voice.

You will collaborate with creative teams and partners, manage community engagement, analyze performance, and report insights. The position offers an international environment with on-site amenities and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven experience in social media management at a major brand
• Experience with Instagram and TikTok
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Skilled in editing/graphic design software (Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InShot/CapCut)
• Excellent language and writing skills, English at C1; German/Italian/French/Dutch/Spanish a plus
• Able to create engaging short-form video content from concept to final product

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth
• Plan and manage a content calendar for all social platforms
• Create high-quality visual and written content aligned with the brand voice
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce and repurpose content
• Write compelling, on-brand captions to drive engagement
• Monitor and engage with followers daily to build community
• Implement community management strategies for questions and user content
• Track metrics and produce weekly/quarterly/campaign reports with insights
• Partner with Paid Social to align organic and paid content with goals
• Research audience behavior and trends to inform strategies
