You will provide back-office support via email, chat, and internal ticketing systems, manage verifications, payments, and technical inquiries in German, and collaborate with international teams to optimize processes and player experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry.
• Strong proficiency in PC literacy and multi-tasking across digital platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this German Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
