Job summary

Pareto in Vienna is seeking a Business Advisor who speaks French to drive growth across German-speaking markets. You will identify opportunities, demonstrate ROI, and sell data solutions with a consultative Challenger approach.

You will manage the end-to-end sales process in Salesforce, collaborate with Customer Success and onboarding teams, and help refine offerings based on client feedback. Fluency in French and English is required; Austrian location preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English
• Experience in sales, including consultative selling
• Understanding of business processes across risk, marketing, or procurement is a plus
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth across German-speaking markets through inbound and outbound prospecting
• Utilize consultative and Challenger selling to uncover client pain points and demonstrate ROI
• Manage end-to-end deal pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting
• Collaborate with Customer Success and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and high customer satisfaction
• Collect and relay client feedback to inform product enhancements
