Job summary

Pareto in Austria is recruiting for a Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme to launch your career in tech sales. The role offers a competitive base salary of 35,000 EUR with OTE up to 40,000 EUR in year one, plus 2 weeks of dedicated soft skills training and digital learning.

You will manage your own territory, engage inbound prospects, and build relationships with clients while coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in French and able to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business offering to engage prospects confidently.
• Contact inbound prospects and build relationships with potential clients.
• Manage your own territory with autonomy and integrity.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with decision makers.
• Act as interface between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
