Job summary

Digicust is seeking a native-French Account Executive (m/f/d) in Austria (remote / Vienna) for a full-time permanent position starting Nov 2026. You will build opportunities and close meaningful B2B deals with complex customs operations, engaging senior stakeholders from first contact to signed partnerships.

This hands-on hunter role requires energy, discipline, consultative selling, and the ability to work across outbound prospecting, discovery meetings, negotiations, and closing conversations.

Qualifications

• Native-level French with professional English
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS, technology, logistics, or enterprise sales
• Strong outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales, including negotiation and closing
• Residency and work authorization in Austria; willingness to travel in Europe
• Structured, disciplined hunter with clear ownership of targets and pipeline

Responsibilities

• Build and own a focused pipeline across French-speaking European markets
• Prospect strategically through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and partner networks
• Run discovery meetings, product presentations, commercial negotiations, and closing conversations
• Develop account plans and clear business cases for customs and trade-compliance teams
• Keep opportunities, next steps, and forecasts accurate in our CRM
• Share market feedback with Product and Marketing to sharpen our positioning
