Zusammenfassung

Lémo S.A. in Vienna is seeking a Field Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to manage and grow our local customer portfolio in Austria.

You will combine technical know-how with sales expertise to drive orders, margins and new applications, visiting customers on-site and coordinating with Swiss Engineering Group.

Fluency in German and English is required; Slovenian/Croatian is a plus; the role offers a permanent contract and ample development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education (HTL/FH/University) in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in high-tech products.
• Experience in electrical interconnection technologies and related sectors.
• Ability to interact across departments and work independently.
• Native German with fluent English; Slovenian and/or Croatian knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in consultative/value selling and negotiating deals.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio to achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical support and high-value supplies to customers.
• Expand market share by developing new accounts and applications.
• Prepare and monitor orders, including price and margin calculations.
• Deliver technical assistance on connector plans and cable assemblies.
• Report activities and opportunities and forecast sales.
• Represent the company at tradeshows and events.
