Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive FMCG sales experience, with 3+ years in a sales management role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent understanding of sales channels, distribution networks, and retail dynamics in FMCG.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• CRM software and sales analytics proficiency.
• Ability to travel extensively within Queenstown, Eastern Cape region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives for Queenstown region.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to hit targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
