Placements24 is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Queenstown, Eastern Cape location. The role focuses on supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, leading retail staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure the store presents the brand effectively while driving sales targets. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a supervisory role and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Formación

• Experience in retail with supervisory or key holder responsibilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of retail sales, inventory management and visual merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage inventory, stock receiving, replenishment and loss prevention.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to meet brand standards.
• Support in achieving sales targets and store profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health and safety regulations.
