Job summary

VAT Group is seeking a visible General Manager to lead Europe & RoW, driving regional commercial performance across multiple countries and business units in a highly international matrix environment.

You will own regional revenue growth, forecasts, budgets, and strategic partnerships with key customers, OEMs and distributors, while developing leadership pipelines and delivering operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in high-tech industrial environments such as semiconductor or vacuum technology.
• Proven track record leading regional commercial organizations with multi-country responsibility.
• Experience managing executive-level relationships with strategic customers and OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Europe & RoW commercial organization across multiple countries and business units.
• Own regional business performance, including revenue growth, forecasting, budgeting, and operational reviews.
• Drive profitability and growth across semiconductor, ADV, and global service areas.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers and partners.
• Translate global strategies into effective regional go-to-market plans.
• Drive pipeline quality, field activity, customer engagement, and KPI discipline.
• Strengthen market coverage, territory segmentation, and prioritization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Service, Operations, IT, and other Business Units.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, digitalization, and operational effectiveness.
• Develop leadership capabilities and succession pipelines within the regional organization.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture in an international matrix environment.
• Lead through influence and accountability, staying close to customers through regular field engagement.
