VAT Vakuumventile AG in Austria seeks an Operations Processes Manager to drive global planning standardization, optimize planning processes, and govern planning activities across the value chain with a data-driven approach.

You will lead cross-functional governance, collaborate with IT on Dynamics 365 enhancements, and advance ATP/CTP capabilities to improve order confirmations and supply chain resilience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are advantageous.
• Proven experience in process management, business transformation, or business excellence.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and ERP environments.
• Experience leading global process standardization and governance initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Define, standardize, harmonize, and deploy global planning process standards across functions.
• Lead cross-functional governance structures and appoint Process Owners/Stewards.
• Drive process adoption and capability development aligned with business objectives.
• Redesign and enhance Order Confirmation Engine in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to base commitments on material/capacity.
• Develop ATP and CTP capabilities within the planning ecosystem.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into system enhancements.
• Coordinate system releases, testing, and deployment readiness with IT and business teams.
• Govern documentation and continuous improvement of the Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Define KPIs and establish standardized performance reporting across locations.
