Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of in-depth strategic and operational sourcing experience.
• Experience with global category management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience sourcing in Eastern Europe and Asia, including Best Cost Country sourcing.
• Experience in machine building, vacuum technology, and semiconductors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with suppliers and stakeholders.
• German and English language skills required.

Aufgaben

• Developing and executing global sourcing strategies for electronics.
• Partner with Business Units, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment.
• Maintain and improve the Global Strategic Sourcing Operating Model.
• Apply sustainable supplier assessments and development approaches.
• Improve supply base performance on quality, delivery, and cost (QCD).
• Aim for measurable cost reductions across the global spend.
• Lead category boards and monitor supply base risk.
