Octapharma Pharmazeutika Produktionsges.m.b.H. in Vienna seeks a Group Expert - Quality Management IT to ensure IT compliance across Track & Trace and MSAT. You will partner with IT and drive quality improvements in a global production environment.

You bring a university degree and at least 2 years in pharma IT compliance, with strong English skills and a proactive, quality-focused mindset. The role offers a permanent position at the Vienna site with attractive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally with an IT compliance focus.
• Practical experience with track & trace is beneficial.
• Proficient in English; German, French or Swedish is a plus.
• Goal-oriented and hands-on, with a high level of self-responsibility and a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Drive and support IT Quality Management and manage all IT Compliance aspects
• Manage the validation of computerized systems
• Support and oversee all IT changes and projects
• Act as a Business Partner to IT
• Write and train GxP documents
• Support software lifecycle and planning
• Improve and maintain the Quality Framework within the department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international partners
