ams OSRAM AG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across Austria and the broader EMEA region. You will partner with Hiring Managers, shape sourcing strategies, and manage candidate experiences from posting to onboarding.

The role requires several years in recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and fluency in German and English. You will work within a dynamic, international HR team offering diverse career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, ideally international environment.
• Experience in active sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Austrian employment law and local recruitment market.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools.
• Strong sourcing, engagement, and organisational skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and external positions from job posting to onboarding handover.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and employee representatives as needed.
• Proactively identify and approach suitable talent via LinkedIn, job boards and other channels.
• Ensure inclusive candidate experience and efficient selection processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and support employer branding activities.
