Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a proactive Recruitment Partner to cover Austria and the wider EMEA region. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting to onboarding, and work closely with Hiring Managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies.

Join a collaborative HR team. You will identify suitable talent, engage with candidates, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while building sustainable pipelines and contributing to employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian employment law and local recruitment market.
• Experience in active sourcing and interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and external positions from posting to onboarding handover.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and employee representatives as applicable.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Ensure inclusive, professional candidate experience and structured selection processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and support employer branding activities.
