Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Data Center Solutions sales or a comparable role.
• In-depth knowledge of Converged and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure solutions.
• Good understanding of Backup Solutions and Data Archiving.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer value.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strategic mindset combined with a strong drive to close business.

• Direct engagement and management of assigned enterprise customers
• Identifying and influencing decision-makers, stakeholders, and key influencers both internally and externally
• Developing and executing effective sales concepts and strategies
• Forecasting and pipeline management
• Negotiating contracts and closing business opportunities
• Monitoring market and competitor developments and deriving appropriate strategic actions
• Identifying and qualifying revenue opportunities
• Understanding customer needs, developing solution proposals, and translating requirements into offers and tenders
• Independently applying internal sales processes and maintaining accurate CRM data
