Job summary

Tieto Corp. in Austria/Germany seeks a Senior SAP Solution Sales Manager to drive value-driven SAP solutions and grow our customer base across Austria and Germany. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, translating complex needs into compelling business cases and collaborating with SAP experts and partners.

The role requires deep SAP knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in German with good English. Hybrid working and international opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT services sales or a comparable customer-facing role focusing on SAP solutions.
• Solid understanding of SAP solutions and transformation topics including SAP Cloud ERP and SAP BTP / BAIP.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; fluent German and good English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and existing customers in the SAP environment.
• Lead consultative sales cycles end to end from qualification to closing.
• Translate customer needs into value propositions, solution scenarios and business cases.
• Collaborate with SAP experts, architects, delivery teams, account managers and partners.
• Coordinate bids, proposals and contract negotiations with transparency across pipeline and forecasts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.
