Job summary

Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Solution Sales Manager to drive value-driven SAP solutions across Austria and Germany. You will partner with account management, SAP consulting, delivery teams and partners to shape opportunities from discovery to close.

Join a global team and lead bids, craft business cases, and coordinate negotiations while building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders. German and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT services sales, account management or a comparable customer-facing role with focus on SAP solutions.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Solid understanding of SAP solutions and transformation topics (SAP Cloud ERP, SAP BTP/BAIP, SAP BDC, SAP Activate).
• Ability to connect customer needs, business processes and technology to a convincing commercial solution.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive and results-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers in the SAP environment.
• Lead consultative sales cycles end to end from qualification to closing.
• Translate customers' priorities into value propositions, solutions, and business cases.
• Collaborate with SAP experts, architects, delivery teams, account managers and partners.
• Coordinate bids, proposals and contract negotiations with transparency across pipeline and forecasts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior IT and business decision-makers.
• Contribute market and customer insights to the SAP go-to-market approach.
