Your role supplements account management and includes coordinating resources to translate customer requirements into convincing solutions.
In Austria, T-Systems, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, offers its customers a broad portfolio for the strategic implementation of digital transformation. The basis for this is global reach for fixed network and mobile communications, highly secure data centers, a comprehensive cloud ecosystem of standardized platforms, worldwide partnerships and maximum security. At the T-Center on Rennweg in Vienna, the company operates a TwinCore data center that offers the highest possible level of security for company data while maintaining maximum energy efficiency.
As a Sales Expert (m/f/d), you are a central part of our sales team and support the entire sales process from the initial customer request to the conclusion of the contract. In close cooperation with internal departments, you are actively involved in topics such as solution design, calculation, preparation of offers and customer presentations. Through your coordinating and at the same time content-supporting role, you make a significant contribution to turning customer requirements into convincing solutions and successful transactions. The role is to be understood as a supplement to “customer-related sales” (account management).
