Accessiway, a European leader in digital accessibility, is seeking a Partnership Manager for the DACH region. You will identify and grow partner relationships with software houses, agencies, and consultancies, balancing inbound and outbound outreach.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, negotiate agreements, and equip partners with the tools they need to drive referrals and revenue. Fluent German and English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in the DACH market building agency partnerships (web, marketing, software or consulting).
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with initiative to open new partnerships.
• Previous experience as a Partnership/Channel Manager.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Open new doors and win new partners through outbound outreach.
• Source and manage partnerships with a systematic process.
• Follow up on inbound leads and generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements per guidelines.
• Provide partners with training and recommendations to optimise referrals.
• Represent the brand and be the internal reference for partners.
