Job summary

Planet Paymet is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to generate net-new ecommerce revenue across the DACH region, with a focus on Austria. The role is hunting-oriented, driving pipeline, merchant acquisition and commercial growth.

You will build partnerships with marketing, SDRs and product teams, represent Planet at ecommerce and payments events, and leverage your existing Austrian/DACH network to close deals. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development experience.
• Existing network in Austrian and wider DACH payments.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of ecommerce opportunities.
• Win new merchants across target verticals.
• Identify opportunities for Planet's ecommerce and growth products.
• Collaborate with marketing, SDRs and product teams.
