Job summary

iDWELL, a leading Vienna-based software company for real estate, seeks an experienced customer support professional. You will conduct training sessions and consultations on the iDWELL software for B2B clients, assist with onboarding, and identify opportunities to optimize usage and upsell new modules.

You bring strong German and English communication, experience with CRM tools, and a keen interest in SaaS and digital solutions.

Задачи:

You will become an expert in digital property management. You will conduct training sessions and consultations on using the iDWELL software (you will act as an expert in real estate and software usage). You will identify opportunities for optimization and support our customers in using the software correctly, including after the onboarding phase. You will become an expert in using the iDWELL software and will be trained to answer technical questions in first- and second-level support. You will promote new products or modules to our customers and pursue upselling strategies.

Требования:

You already have professional experience in direct B2B customer support. You have a highly communicative personality, a confident manner, and love talking to and advising people. You have a professional manner and a quick grasp of things and ability to learn. You are interested in new digital solutions and Software as a Service (SaaS) models. You are technically minded, and working on a computer with MS Office is second nature to you – ideally, you already have experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce & Co.
