You will conduct training sessions and consultations on the iDWELL software for B2B clients, assist with onboarding, and identify opportunities to optimize usage and upsell new modules.

You bring strong German and English communication, experience with CRM tools, and a keen interest in SaaS and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in direct B2B customer support.
• Excellent spoken and written German and English.
• Interest in SaaS models and digital solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions and consultations on the iDWELL software.
• Support customers during onboarding and post-onboarding.
• Identify optimization opportunities and upsell new modules.
• Represent real estate and software expertise to customers.
