Job summary

Interpath in Austria is seeking a multifunctional coordinator to bridge sales, operations and client delivery in the DACH region. You will manage CRM data, oversee the sales pipeline, and support events across Austria and the DACH markets, collaborating closely with managing directors on strategic initiatives.

The role also covers executive assistance and office management, onboarding new hires, and acting as a central contact for IT, procurement and admin matters.

Qualifications

• Structured and analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple topics.
• Business-fluent German (C1+) and English (B2+).
• Strong communication skills and client focus.

Responsibilities

• CRM, Sales & Pipeline Ownership across DACH region.
• Independent market research and client outreach for Austria and DACH.
• Coordinate on-the-ground events with marketing and client teams.
• Executive assistance and office management for leadership.
• Onboarding and ongoing support for new hires.
