Job summary

SAP Fioneer is seeking a Partner - Banking Transformation in Austria to drive presales and design transformation roadmaps for large financial institutions. You will understand operating models, data, processes, and platform architecture to shape executable visions and manage risks.

The role interfaces with C-level stakeholders and leads multi-year programs across payments, core banking, and cash management, including architecture workshops and partner orchestration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consultancies, professional services, or software with banking technology focus.
• Experience shaping or leading large transformation programs in banking.
• Ability to translate complex banking landscapes into executable concepts.
• Experience with SAP products is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements to design feasible transformation visions and roadmaps.
• Translate banking requirements into executable transformation paths and architectures.
• Advise clients on readiness, risks, dependencies, and change implications.
• Act as trusted adviser to C-level leaders on technology-driven modernization.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps for payments, core banking, and cash management.
