SAP Fioneer GmbH is seeking a strategy consultant to join a global finance and risk transformation team. You will help banks shape business strategies, define transformation roadmaps, and support the delivery of large-scale change programs.

Working with CFOs and finance leadership, you will translate complex challenges into practical operating models, and collaborate with product, technology, architecture and delivery teams to execute transformation initiatives.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in strategy consulting for financial institutions.
• Experience in banking finance functions and CFO organizations.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, controlling, performance management, reporting.
• Experience with large-scale transformation, operating models, process optimization.
• English fluent; German is a plus.
• Ability to bridge business and technology with stakeholders.
