Fonio.ai in Vienna is looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage inbound leads and actively hunt for deals. You will be responsible for structured pipeline management and meeting sales quotas, contributing to the company's rapid growth as a leader in AI voice technology.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, proven closing skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers an attractive OTE of £80,000-£130,000 along with substantial equity opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to close deals in a structured sales funnel.
• High discipline and ownership mindset.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound demos with 8-16 qualified calls per day.
• Own clear monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Maintain structured follow-ups and CRM hygiene.
• Contribute to sharpening sales strategies.
