Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in technical presales or Solution Architect roles.
• Proven experience with Red Hat’s product suite (enterprise platforms, automation, cloud, containerization).
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive business-aligned engagements.
• Strong cloud, automation, containerization knowledge with business value translation.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• People management and leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel; fluent German & English.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a diverse team of SAs and architects, setting goals and career paths.
• Shape platform strategy across the portfolio and align with regional sales objectives.
• Articulate the business value of Red Hat solutions in infrastructure, automation, cloud, and containers.
• Set country technical sales KPIs, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to align presales with customer needs.
• Engage with senior customers and partners at the C-level to present Red Hat solutions.
• Incorporate regional feedback into product roadmaps.
