Zusammenfassung

Instagrid is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Austria to own post-sale relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure customers gain maximum value from our portable power systems. You will visit customer sites across Austria four to five days a week, building strong partnerships and guiding product setup to maximize value.

Fluency in German and English, a clean driving license, and willingness to relocate to Northern Austria are highly valued as you support adoption and long-term

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles; industrial sector experience is a strong advantage.
• Full, clean driving licence; regular travel to customer sites four to five days per week across Austria.
• Comfort with company-provided electric vehicle for work travel.

Aufgaben

• Own post-sale customer relationships from onboarding to renewal and growth.
• Spend most work time visiting customers on-site to support adoption and resolve issues.
• Guide customers through product setup and maximize value from Instagrid systems.
