Job Adventure is seeking a Chef de Rang for the Austrian Alps, with opportunities in 4- and 5-star hotels across Vorarlberg, Tirol, Kärnten, Steiermark, and Salzburg. You will lead a station, supervise junior staff, and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury setting.

We require at least 1 year in a similar role, strong German skills (B2+), and passion for wine and high-end service. Enjoy seasonal or permanent contracts with top-tier employers and alpine accommodations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• B2-level German or higher and solid knowledge of wines.
• Strong hospitality and service mindset, with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage a station independently with 5–15 tables and be the main guest contact.
• Coordinate with Commis de Rang and assistants to ensure smooth service.
• Demonstrate menu and wine list expertise to offer tailored recommendations.
• Deliver flawless table service, including technical skills such as flambéing and carving.
• Manage guest bills accurately and handle service challenges gracefully.
