Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist seeks a Head Chalet Host for a part-time, temporary contract in Lech, Austria. You will oversee daily hosting, housekeeping, and chalet maintenance to ensure luxury standards across our alpine properties.

The role involves cooking support, guest greeting, and ensuring flawless service, with weekends possible during peak season. Prior luxury hospitality experience and fluent English are essential, with French or German as a bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury hospitality sector.

Aufgaben

• Deliver daily hosting and housekeeping services to exceed guest expectations.
• Prepare, lay out, and serve breakfast, afternoon tea, evening drinks, canapés, and dinner during designated bookings.
• Meet and greet guests on arrival and departure, including assisting with luggage transport.
• Undertake chalet changeovers on designated turnover days, including deep cleaning and preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of all properties.
• Follow company policies for linen and towel usage, cleaning protocols, and inventory control.
