raditi.eu is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for a 4-star hotel in Kühtai, Tyrol, to strengthen the service team for the upcoming winter season. You will lead the restaurant service, coordinate with the kitchen and reception, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
- Professional experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Passionate host who enjoys guest care with enthusiasm and dedication.
- Remains calm and maintains overview in stressful situations.
- Motivates and leads teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the service team.
- Actively participating in the daily restaurant service.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient service operations.
- Taking care of guests and creating a high-quality guest experience.
- Working closely with the kitchen and reception teams.
- Coordinating the team, including in stressful situations.
- Ensuring high service and quality standards.
- Actively contributing to and developing the restaurant and service concept.
