You bring a completed commercial or technical training, several years in automotive aftersales or technical service, SAP and MS Office skills, and fluent German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial or technical training or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in automotive after sales or service.
• Solid SAP knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Experience with KPI evaluations and reporting.
• Knowledge of complaint management and quality management.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, incl. technical topics.

Aufgaben

• Run day-to-day after sales processes and coordinate between customers, internal teams and sites.
• Capture, coordinate and follow up on customer requirements; keep portals up to date.
• Handle customer complaints and align actions with Quality and departments.
• Ensure after sales and prototype quality topics are addressed properly.
• Track after sales KPIs and prepare reports and evaluations.
• Use AI tools to speed work, prepare information, analyse data and document results.
