Job summary

Samsung SDI Battery Systems in Austria is seeking an experienced after-sales specialist to coordinate customer requirements, manage portals, and liaise with global teams. You will handle complaints, ensure quality topics are addressed in after-sales and prototype areas, and track KPIs with data-driven reporting.

Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior automotive experience and SAP proficiency are essential for this role.

The technology center of Samsung SDI Battery Systems is located in Kalsdorf, Austria, close to Graz.

Your Core Responsibilities Are

• Run the day-to-day after sales processes and act as the central link between customers, internal departments and international sites


• Take in, coordinate and follow up on customer requirements; keep customer portals and communication up to date and on time


• Handle customer complaints and agree on actions with Quality and the relevant departments


• Make sure quality topics in after sales and in the prototype area are handled properly


• Track after sales KPIs and prepare reports and evaluations


• Use AI tools to work faster, prepare information, analyse data and document results

What You Need Is

• Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. business or technical college, or equivalent)


• Several years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in after sales, customer service or technical service


• Solid SAP knowledge, good MS Office skills


• Experience with KPI evaluations and reporting


• Knowledge of complaint management, customer support and quality management


• Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys or Ishikawa is a plus


• Language skills: fluent German and English, in speaking and writing, including technical topics


• Structured and independent way of working, strong communication skills, comfortable working in international teams

Our Offer For You

With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 54.600,-

We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
