Job summary

A-ROSA Hotels Hirschegg/Vorarlberg in Austria is seeking a dedicated HR/administrative professional to manage personnel administration, onboarding, and rosters. You will ensure legal compliance, coordinate staff housing, and act as the voice for employee concerns.

Applicants should have a commercial apprenticeship and are welcome from other sectors. Prior hotel experience is a plus, with room to grow in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship and interest in hotel industry.
• Experience in hotel industry is a plus, but other backgrounds are welcome.
• Ideally prior experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming mail and daily correspondence.
• Handle personnel administration and other administrative tasks.
• Manage duty rosters using the HGC system.
• Organize working hours in compliance with legal regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding with relevant departments and plan.
• Serve as contact person for employee concerns.
• Arrange employee accommodation and monitor arrivals/departures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and official requirements.

• You process incoming mail and daily correspondence
• You take care of all processes in the area of personnel administration and other administrative tasks that arise
• You control the duty rosters in the resort using the existing HGC system
• You control the working hours of the entire resort in compliance with legal regulations
• New colleagues? You will be responsible for applicant management as well as planning and coordinating onboarding with the relevant departments
• You are the contact person for all employee concerns
• You will be responsible for organising employee accommodation and monitoring staff arrivals and departures
• Ensuring the application of and compliance with legal regulations and official requirements
