A-ROSA Hotels Hirschegg in Austria invites motivated individuals to join as an apprentice in our restaurant team. You will learn to set and decorate tables, welcome guests, and provide attentive service in a luxurious alpine setting.

You will work closely with chefs and sommeliers, gaining experience in food and beverage recommendations, billing, and banquets. There are opportunities to participate in menu design and events.

Formación

• Completed schooling or equivalent.
• Demonstrates total determination and passion for new challenge.
• Exhibits excellent manners and a charming demeanor.

• Set and decorate tables, welcome guests, and make recommendations on food and drink choices; act as active salespeople.
• Serve food and drinks, draw up bills and take payment.
• Organise special occasions, events and banquets; assist in menu design and ensure smooth operation.
