A-ROSA Hotels Hirschegg/Vorarlberg is seeking a Head Bar Manager (m/f/d) to oversee our bar and lounge operations, ensuring service excellence and smooth daily routines. You bring training in hotel or restaurant management (or several years’ experience), strong German and English, a communicative, creative personality, and a professional appearance.

• Deputy Head Bartender
• Responsibility for ensuring everything runs smoothly in the bar and lounge areas
• Providing advice on the selection of drinks and food, taking into account guests’ needs and satisfaction
• Monitoring turnover and implementing sales promotion measures
• Ensuring quality standards and compliance with HACCP guidelines at the bar
• Mixing drinks and cocktails for both the bar and the restaurant
• Closing shift at the bar

What you bring to the table

• Completed training as a hotel manager (m/f/d) or restaurant manager (m/f/d), or several years’ professional experience in this field
• Ideally, some initial management experience
• Solid professional expertise that you can pass on to your colleagues

• The minimum gross monthly salary for this position, as set out in the collective agreement, is EUR 2,820.83 (based on a 45-hour week). A higher salary is expressly provided for, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
