Job summary

Assembly Industries is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a fully remote role across LATAM. You will own how work moves through the product, from field capture to review, ensuring smooth handoffs and robust flows that engineers can build from.

You bring experience with multi-step workflows, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma. The role emphasizes process over visuals and offers a contractor arrangement with remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows for B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to map flows, states, branches and edge cases.
• Clear flow documentation that engineers can build from.
• Proficient in Figma for mapping, prototyping and handoff.
• Familiarity with AI tools to explore options quickly.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end property workflows from field capture to report.
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign flows with fewer steps.
• Write logic, branches and edge cases for engineering.
• Design offline and retry states for intermittent signal.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with usability runs.
• Review builds, log issues, and verify fixes before sign-off.
