Job summary

Fullstack is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a Field Operations SaaS product. This fully remote LATAM role focuses on mapping and redesigning multi-step workflows from field capture to review, ensuring a smooth handoff to engineering.

You’ll prototype in Figma, write clear flow specs, and validate flows with usability runs. The team is two designers plus Head of Engineering; compensation ranges from $2,000 to $4,000 USD per month as a contractor, with weekly payments and 20 days PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows (B2B, SaaS, operations, or field tools).
• Portfolio showing full path from problem to mapping to final logic.
• Systems thinking: design for states, branches, errors, and edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Map property/field workflows end-to-end (field capture to review to report).
• Redesign flows with fewer steps and clearer handoffs.
• Write flow logic, branches, and edge cases for engineering.
