Job summary

Devconnectplatform in LATAM is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) to own end-to-end flows from field capture to review, focusing on how work moves through the product rather than visuals.

You will map workflows, talk to users in real-world contexts, design offline and retry states, and hand annotated specs to engineering. This fully remote role offers weekly USD payments, up to 20 days PTO, and close collaboration with Head of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows (B2B, SaaS, operations, or field tools).
• Portfolio shows the whole path from problem to mapping to logic to final, not just polished screens.
• Systems thinking: design for states, branches, permissions, errors, and edge cases, not just happy path.
• Write clear flow documentation and specs engineering can build from.
• Strong Figma for mapping, prototyping, and handoff.
• AI fluency: use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Figma AI to move options and specs faster.
• Accessibility considerations: contrast, tap targets, text size, focus order.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end, from field capture to sync to review to report.
• Talk to the people who live in a workflow, then redesign it with fewer steps.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow so engineering builds it right the first time.
• Design the offline and retry states so users know what's happening when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and check with quick usability runs.
• Hand annotated specs (states, rules, microcopy) for engineering.
