Formación

• Fluent written and spoken English at a professional level.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical customers.
• Ability to own processes, fix gaps, and document improvements.
• Investigative mindset with a drive to uncover root causes.
• Comfort navigating Zendesk, Salesforce, Linear, Slack, Notion and Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex banking, credit, and payments inquiries via email, chat, and phone with thorough internal checks.
• Guide VIP/high-revenue accounts through multi-step processes with high care standards.
• Manage sensitive cases: frozen accounts, disputes, denials, compliance notes.
• Coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance teams to resolve issues.
• File bug reports and test features in staging environments.
• Create and update process documentation when gaps are found.
• Qualify high-value sales leads and route to account executives with rigor.
